Stefan is THE BEST. Super responsive and a STELLAR negotiator. Stefan navigated my buyer's offer to a quick acceptance, and then negotiated a price reduction from seller when the property under-appraised in the week before close. I've bought and sold a few properties, and of all the real estate agents I've come across - Stefan is the Superstar!!
